Mockups display final production proof for job, while also double verifying all details from Quote.

What is your typical turnaround time?
Standard production times are <10 days post quote & mockup approval with the occasional exception for order size, production requirements and time of year.
What is your minimum/maximum order quantity?
SBI supports our contract partners, so we don't have an order minimum and have handled jobs upwards of 25K-30K items for our largest customers.
What are your artwork requirements?
We prefer vector artwork, but have our own in house artist and can work with any high resolution format. All jobs require digital proof approval before production.
What is your maximum print size and color count?
Maximum print size is 15 x 18 for most images. Our press can handle up to 10 colors or you can always use our DTG/DTF process for unlimited print colors.
Can you print customer-supplied garments?
Yes. Garment compatibility will be reviewed during the quote process.
